Rocco Commisso has taken charge at Fiorentina, and while La Viola have faced defeat in their first two games of the season, there is hope for better fortunes to return. Commisso spoke to Sky Sport to discuss his early tenure: "I didn't buy the club to make money. Chiesa? Captains must remain, just as jewels we hold on to. We don't have all too many of them, so those we do have we must keep. I have said that Federico will stay a year, but I want him to stay also for the next seasons."
"In order to win first I must watch and learn, but without strong players you cannot win. Support for Montella? I have had a lot of success with Mediacom, and from the start I've given employees the chance to show their worth. I have done the same with Vincenzo, he must work at ease. Did I enjoy Ribery's presentation? The best was being in the middle of the crowd, especially since they told me that here it's not something that happens often. The players must remain close to the fans, like I am doing."
