Carlo Ancelotti is ready to make his debut on Everton's bench on Boxing Day when his new team faces Burnley. The Italian manager is eager to launch Moise' Kean who has yet to establish himself on the Toffees, so far this season he has yet to score in fourteen matches. Ancelotti discussed the former Juventus striker in an interview with Liverpool Echo:"The expectations for him are very high, we need to be calmer and more patient with him. He has the right qualities to succeed in the Premier League, but you need time because he's only nineteen, he's in a new country, with new teammates and a new coach. We need to work with him, help him improve but he also needs to be patient"
Ancelotti went on:"It doesn't matter if you play or not, you need to use this time to improve yourself every single day. At Parma the same thing happened, I had great players that became fantastic players- Thuram, Crespo, Cannavaro"
