Following the recent difficulties to bring back Mehdi Benatia back to Serie A, Parma are pursuing other options to bolster D'Aversa's defense. The gialloblu' have asked Roma about Federico Fazio and are also pursuing Jean Claire Todibo who is currently on loan to Benfica from Barcelona.
Todibo is open to the idea of playing in Italy but Parma will have to defeat Nice and St Etienne in the race to sign him. In addition, Parma are also pursuing Franco Vazquez who is currently at Sevilla.
