Napoli are active on the market, on top of pursuing targets for the winger position they are making plans in case either Koulibaly or Maksimovic depart in the coming weeks. The first target is Cristian Romero, who played at Genoa past two seasons and is owned by Juventus. Rino Gattuso has specifically asked the club to sign him, but Napoli face competition from Atalanta. Another name on sporting director Giuntoli's list is Marcos Senesi, born in 97 who currently plays for Feyenoord, while Fiorentina's German Pezzella can't also be excluded as a potential acquisition.
For the winger position Napoli are pondering options on both sides including Antonio Candreva as well Dinamo Zagreb's Carlos De Pena who has an Italian target. However the main target remains Jeremie Boga, but Sassuolo do not intend to lower their demands from their asking price of €40 million.
