Inter dropped Sunday's match with Lazio 2-1 and ceded their position in the table chasing Juventus. The nerazzurri took a lead to half time before allowing Lazio to overturn the result at the Stadio Olimpico. Speaking after the match to Sky Sport, Antonio Conte the coach of Inter shared his thoughts on the performance by his team: "We tried, but I didn't like the result including the way we gave away the two goals to Lazio. We were very inexpereinced on the goals, it is a game of details, and the players need to work on being better in those situations. We've allowed too many teams to come back on us, we seemed afraid in the second half. Today neither team dominated the match was decided on two very preventable goals, we need to be calmer in certain moments. Eriksen? The first thing he needs to do is find equilibrium, which a player must provide when he is introudced. A player can't change the fate of a team so we are working on putting our new players in a good position."
