Everything seems to be set for Ronald Koeman to become the next Barcelona manager. The Dutch international had been one of the leading candidates since Friday, the alternatives were mainly Xavi and Pochettino.
Koeman had been a target for Bartomeu in the past and he was chosen following today's meeting, he could be announced as the new manager as early as tomorrow. Koeman recently managed the Dutch national team, Everton and Southampton he is now expected to replace Setien on the blaugrana's bench.
