ECA, Zhang joins Executive Board, Agnelli confirmed as president

The recent rumors were confirmed today, Steven Zhang is joining the ECA’s Executive Board. Sky Sport is reporting that Inter’s President is the first Chinese member of the board, he was the only new candidate from Serie A. This morning Aurelio De Laurentiis confirmed that he had never submitted his candidacy for the role because he didn’t want to compete with Zhang. Instead Napoli’s owner is now part of the Club Competition Committee. Andrea Agnelli was also confirmed as the ECA’s president through 2023.
