Drogba announces his retirement:”Now that I’m forty it’s time to say enough”

After playing in France, England, China, Turkey and now the United States where he’s also a co owner of the Phonex Rising, Didier Drogba is now ready to retire. The former Chelsea striker made the announcement when he appeared on the Telefoot show in France:”The time has come for me to retire. I enjoy it always, and I like this role as player and co owner, but now that I’m forty the time has come to say enough” While one Drogba is retiring, his son Isaac has officially joined Guingamp, the club where his father burst into the second- that family legacy will go on.
