The departure of Nicola Sansone in the summer and Domenica Berardi's long recovery from an injury have made this a challenging season for Sassuolo, but Eusebio Di Francesco remains an in demand manager. The Italian coach was a guest on "Calciomercato l'Originale" where he was interviewed by our editor in chief Gianluca Di Marzio, this is what he had to say about his philosophy and future:"Working on your playing system is important. Since last summer I tried using a 4-2-4 or 4-2-3-1 since it allows you to change a bit during the match. I'm not fanatical, I try to give the most certainties possible to the team. There are important matches in which you play your best players, there are a players you can't renounce. My three million euro exit clause? It's true, there is a strong bond between Sassuolo and I. My model for football? Barcelona and Manchester City. Will I coach Roma in the future? Never say never, Roma stayed in my heart
