Despite Juventus interest Luiz Gustavo close to joining Nice

This could be another transfer window that Luiz Gustavo gets linked to Serie A clubs without actually moving to Italy. Juventus, Roma and Inter have expressed interest in the Brazilian midfielder but now he's very close to joining Nice- there were some positive contacts and both Lucien Favre and Dante are familiar with the Wolfsburg player. The German club is asking for €15/20 million, but no Italian team is interested in acquiring him on a permanent basis but rather on a loan deal. After playing in the Bundesliga, Luiz Gustavo could be heading to Ligue 1.
