De Laurentiis:"Unfavorable referee decisions? We can't look for alibis. Napoli is a very competitive team"

The day after the draw against Genoa, Napoli's president Aurelio De Laurentiis posted a message on the club's official site to address manager Sarri's request to have more support:"I watched Genoa-Napoli from China, a great match between two teams that faced each other without fear. There were some referee decisions that impacted us negatively, but in good or bad they need to be respected. These are the rules of our football and if we participate in this competition we can't seek any alibis. Even though we have the fifth highest revenues, we invested 128 million on the transfer market to give Neapolitans and the coach a competitive team, and from what we saw so far it looks to me like Napoli is very competitive.
