The striker is currently at the World Cup with Portugal however he won't be returning to the Red Devils after his Qatar tenure.
Following his interview in the recent days, the English club has taken action and both parties have decided to mutually terminate the contract that bonded Ronaldo with Man United. A bond none thought was breakable has been broken. The Portuguese star is now a free agent and free to join any club.

Everyone at Manchester United remains focused on continuing with the team’s progress under the leadership of Erik ten Hag and working together to achieve success on the pitch.”
