Criscito attends Genoa’s match versus Sassuolo amidst transfer speculation

While Domenico Criscito has been linked to a return to Italy multiple times in recent transfer window, he could finally complete the move in 2018. The defender’s contract with Zenit expires in June, and after turning down a two year extension, Criscito could sign with anothe club on a free transfer. Inter had made an attempt to acquire him in the January window, but Zenit intend to keep him- Criscito has stated he’d like to return to Genoa and we can also exclude a move to Turkey. While there’s still uncertainty as to which club he’ll play on next season, Criscito attended today’s match between Genoa and Sassuolo at the Marassi stadium where he was greeted by numerous fans.
