It is never a dull moment with Maurizio Sarri - the Premier league are finally starting to understand this. The Italian coach, during the press conference to talk about the next challenge of his Chelsea side (against Cardiff) spoke a bit about everything: from his smoking habit, to who he sees to be a favourite for the title, and lastly John Terry who recently seemed close to moving to Spartak Moscow, but then changed his mind.
"Stop smoking? Not for now. It's been twenty years since my father told me to stop and I have to admit that he was the only one who put me in a state of mind of doing so. Unfortunately, at the moment I would not be able to stop. Could I try? For maybe a year or two I could do it, but then I would start again."
"Who are the favorites to win the Premier League? At the moment I would say Manchester City or Liverpool. Chelsea? It's difficult, I think we need another step before we can actually aim for the title. I'm sure we have to improve, but also that we can win it."
"Terry? The last time I spoke to him, he told me he wanted to play at least another season. Now I do not know what the situation is because I spoke with him a week ago. But anyway, Chelsea is his home. It would be a point of reference for me and for everyone here. If he wants to play another season I am absolutely convinced he should do it, and if he wants to come and help us I would be truly honoured and happy".
