Next, Maurizio Sarri's side will have a tough challenge taking on Pep Guardiola's Manchester city this upcoming weekend - they hope to repeat what they had done in the first leg at home, defeating the champions by a scoreline of 2-0. "Pep and I are both sons of Arrigo Sacchi, it all started with him", says the Chelsea coach at the press conference. "Guardiola is a great coach, leading the best team in Europe - it is a pleasure to listen to him".
A relationship of mutual respect between the two managers, Sarri turns his attention to the big match. "We were lucky in the first leg, we had found a goal in a moment of great difficulty after a great first half by City. This weekend, we could play again with the false nine, but Higuain is perfect for my football". For the Argentine striker, it will be his first real challenge in the Chelsea shirt.
