After a great start to the season, Maurizio Sarri is going through a rough patch with Chelsea as they have lost two of their last three matches. One of them being an unexpected 2-1 loss to Wolverhampton which has brought the blues to fourth place in the table. Saturday, it won't get any easier for the team as they face league leaders Manchester City at Stamford Bridge. The match happens to arrive at the most delicate moment of Sarri's tenure so far.
Here's what he had to say ahead of the match: "I knew very well that we would encounter difficulties because we had to change the style of play and a mentality which was very different from mine. To change the mentality of 25 players doesn't happen quickly. We are working intensely day after day and I believe we will resolve our problems. The worst part of the Wolverhampton game was that we didn't react. How do you beat Manchester City? I have lost every match against Guardiola, ask the others - Sarri laughs. We are facing one of the strongest teams in Europe, but in football anything can happen."
