The French defender has been chosen as a reinforcement for Chelsea
Chelsea has identified Jules Kounde as a defensive reinforcement, according to Sky Sport. The central defender, born in 1998, currently plays for Sevilla.
The Blues have already received the approval of the player to transfer to London, and have opened talks with Sevilla. There is no agreement at this time but the feeling is that a move will become concrete in the coming days.
