Alvaro Morata had a difficult first season at Chelsea, and opened up about the experience to ABC: "In football, the physical condition is very important but mental condition is more important. When a player hears the word 'psychologist' he has reservations, he has some fear, but I realized that I needed help. I was completely out of it. I didn't have the desire to train or to play. In the summer I said that it would have been better to leave Chelsea, to find a team where there was less pressure. I thought that like this I could have found happiness again. Suddenly I found myself in a black hole, I didn't feel loved by the fans, the ones I met in the street told me to leave Chelsea. Even us players are human and we can have difficult times. In the last month of last season I reached rock bottom. But now I returned to smiling, it's all a question of mentality."
