Kalidou Koulibaly is moving closer to Chelsea. The English club pushed hard for the player today and they are looking to close the deal tomorrow. Chelsea's first offer was an estimated 35 million euros, but Napoli was asking for more: the agreement could be found on the basis of 38 million euros plus 2 million euros in bonus.
The player has agreed to a 5 year contract worth a net 10 million euros (plus bonus). Koulibaly is leaving Italy and Napoli after 8 years. Koulibaly will most likely not join the summer retreat as originally expected, as the deal is nearing its conclusion.
