It is now all defined: Kalidou Koulibaly will be a Chelsea player. The final details were settled between Napoli and the London club after the push in negotiations last night. There is now a total agreement.
Contracts have been exchanged: now the Senegalese defender is waiting for his flight to London in anticipation for his medical visits tomorrow. Koulibaly will sign a 5 year contract with Chelsea worth 10 million euros net per year. Napoli will receive a transfer fee worth an estimated 38-40 million euros.
In the meantime, Napoli are looking for a replacement. There are two possible options for the club. The first one is Kim Min-Jae, the Fenerbahce defender, who has been tracked by Napoli for some time.
The second one is Francesco Acerbi. The Lazio defender has emerged as a surprised candidate yesterday and he has already gave his consent to a possible move. Napoli have to decide between these two names after securing Ostigard.
