Chelsea, Conte:"This is the toughest league in the world, we did something incredible"

After a lengthy celebration in the locker room, Antonio Conte talked to Sky Sport about winning his first title with Chelsea:"My players deserved all this, it wasn't a simple season: we were coming off a tenth place finish and needed to get back on track, find confidence again and return to being competitive, that was most important challenge. I want to personally thank all of them for their effort and my staff, the fans that supported us. This is the toughest league in the world, it was a difficult season under all points of view. This is an important achievement, only those who play in this league can understand it, especially when you don't start off as the favorite.
