Chelsea and Napoli pursuing Torino defender Makismovic: the latest

Nikola Maksimovic is waiting to find out where he'll play next season. The center back has been essentially frozen out at Torino, he's currently being pursued by Napoli and Chelsea. The Blues have asked for some time to formalize their offer as their top choice is Romagnoli, but Milan considers the defender born in '95 to be off the market. Napoli on the other hand sees Maksimovic as their top choice, so far they have offered €28 million including bonuses. Torino is asking for €30 million plus a percentage of his future resale. The feeling is that if De Laurentiis raises his bid to that figure he can acquire Maksimovic right away, since the player is open to the move. Tomorrow could be the decisive day for Maksimovic's future since his agent has arrived in Milano.
