Antonio Conte's Chelsea are starting to get active on the transfer market. Today, the blues submitted their first offer for Romelu Lukaku to Everton : 60 million euros. After completing deals for Batshuayi and Kante, Lukaku is another hot name for Chelsea at the moment. If a deal does happen with Everton for the Belgian striker, then Diego Costa's situation might evolve.
At the back, Chelsea are still strongly targeting one between Koulibaly and Manolas of Napoli and Roma respectively.
