After the crucial 1-0 win against Frosinone to reach safety from relegation, Cagliari president Giulini discussed the future of the young midfielder Nicolò Barella, in the radar of many big clubs on the transfer market.
"We had offers for him in the summer and in January. Keeping him here wasn't easy, but I have to say that the player himself wanted to stay here in January. We'll see what happens after the five games we have left this season. We will try to keep him", Giulini said to Sky Sport.
