Nainggolan is getting closer to Cagliari, as Inter and Cagliari today have had a meeting to discuss the operation.
The Belgian midfielder would come back to Cagliari, in an outright deal for a figure close to 12 million euros. Inter would also get from Cagliari two young players: Ladinetti is ready to go to Milano, the other name has to be chosen between Biancu, Marigosu and Galliano. Last details to be defined, and then Nainggolan could join again Cagliari.
