With Milan and Cagliari initially building the basis of a deal, it seemed that the future of Marco Storari would be in a Milan jersey. The meeting to organise a trade in loans between Storari and Gabriel had beed confirmed, however the trade now seems less likely to go through. The main reason for this appears Milan’s second thoughts on the benefits of such a deal.
The decision to abandon this route has already been communicated to Sine Europe Sports, as they require any information regarding sales and purchases to be passed on. At this point Cagliari could either remain with Storari and Rafael, or go for Salvatore Sirigu. The Ex-PSG keeper would be happy to wear the Cagliari jersey; the only hurdle is the expensive salary (3.4 million Euro).
