Ragnar Klavan is now inches away from Cagliari. The negotiations are at a really advanced stage and the Rossoblù are looking to close a deal (up to 2m) with Liverpool: only details are left to be taken care of for the player to leave England. The defender will sign a two-year contract with an option for a third one.
