One of the most promising Italian young player of his generation, Nicolò Barella is playing his third season as a starter in his childhood club Cagliari. The 21-year old discussed the upcoming Serie A matche against Milan and his future in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Milan are stronger than last year. They have Gattuso's mentality and Higuain upfront: he is one of the top five strikers in Europe. We are more compact and we are not afraid. My future? The president decides. The club received many offers but turned them down. It's not up to me to discuss this, but I am happy to have stayed at the club I support. Serie A or Premier League? I'll say Premier League, for their approach to the game. They are all nervous on the pitch, just like me".
