The future of 21-year-old left back Alessandro Tripaldelli could not be at Sassuolo, as the player is poised to leave the club before the end of this summer's transfer window.
Two Serie A clubs - Cagliari and Parma - have shown substantial interest in the Italian U-21 international. The Sardinian club seemed to lead the race to sign Tripaldelli, however Parma have emerged as a competitor and are pushing to get the deal over the line before Cagliari.
