Bologna, Sabatini distances the club from Ibrahimovic

Zlatan Ibrahimovic recently promised that he would be back in Italy soon, but it's unlikely that he will be playing for Bologna. Their director of sport, Walter Sabatini, spoke during a visit to the Museum of Bologna about the Swedish striker, saying: "He will not come. We had a beautiful suggestion but he made other professional choices that he views as more enticing. As a club we never had a specific role, we were at the window looking in, but nothing more. It all started because of the great personal relationship between Ibra and Mihajlovic. It wasn't a question of money, or else our president Saputo would have voluntarily sat at the table."
