De Rossi is set to bid farewell to Roma. The former Giallorossi captain will leave for Argentina this weekend to join Boca Juniors. Everything's been settled in the past few hours.
President of Boca, Daniel Angelici, has confirmed it in a press conference: "We knew De Rossi wanted to end his career at Boca Juniors, we're talking about a top player and I think there has never been an italian player wanting to wear our jersey in the club's history. De Rossi's also a World Cup winner. The deal's been brought forward by Nicolas Burdisso who's a friend of Daniele. If I had to give a percentage on the chances of his arrival, I'd say there are 99% chances he'll become one of our players".
