While away with the Belgium national team, Radja Nainggolan suffered an injury during Thursday's training session. Tests on Friday revealed the midfielder has suffered a small tear to the right adductor muscle in his groin.
Nainggolan will return to Rome and begin the rehabilitation process ahead of next weekend's derby match.
