Barcelona, Paulinho set to return to China with Guangzhou Evergrande

Paulinho had a terrific season last year with Barcelona in La Liga, proving the skeptics wrong and satisfying them to the best of capabilities. He scored 10 goals over the 2017/18 season, earning himself a call to the World Cup with Brazil, but now that the nations run is over, a return to China is next on the list: Paulinho will move back to Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao F.C., managed by Italian Fabio Cannavaro. The news was made official as the Chinese club made an announcement on their website earlier today.
