Atletico Madrid, Griezmann: "I'll make a decision on my future before the World Cup"

French striker Antoine Griezmann will probably be one of the protagonists of the next World Cup. The Atletico Madrid talisman said to the French newspaper L'Equipe that his future: "will be decided before the World Cup, I want to go to Russia with a clear mind. I think that everybody wants that too. It's not about knowing where I will play next season - that can be boring - but about receiving many calls during a delicate time. I told my sister that I will make my decision on staying or leaving Madrid before the World Cup". Griezmann also talked about some negativity in Madrid around him, coming especially from the supporters: "After the things I said last summer it was difficult for me to think only about football, and the red card against Girona made things even worse. I felt serene only with the national team. Diego Costa's arrival helped me, as the manager gave me more freedom and took a great deal of responsibilities off my shoulders", concludes the Frenchman.
