Atalanta, Petagna:"I cried when Milan signed Matri & considerd quitting"

Without a doubt Andrea Petagna has been one of the protagonists of Atalanta's remarkable season, but there was a time not long ago that the striker considered quitting. Petagna discussed his time at Milan in an interview with Tuttosport:"Let me just say that Galliani has been fundamental for me and he followed me closely, in 2013 I made my debut in the league in Verona and Allegri complimented me in front of everyone, I thought I was important even if I knew i wouldn't play all the time. When they signed Matri I was very upset and I cried. I didn't want to go back to the Primavera and I went to Sampdoria. Milan was my dream and I suffered because I diidn't play. In 2015 Milan didn't bring me to the summer retreat and I had struggled for two years: I considered quitting"
