Atalanta goalkeeper Sportiello agrees to a move to Fiorentina

After a last-minute deal fell apart in June for Marco Sportiello to transfer to Fiorentina, it now appears that the move will now go through, as the Atalanta goalkeeper has given his OK to join La Viola. Earlier today another bid came in from Watford, but it was Sportiello's choice to stay in Italy that decided it. The 24-year-old will be on a year and a half loan to Fiorentina with the club holding a purchase option thereafter. No Premier League and instead a new experience in Italy for Sportiello.
