Atalanta have qualified for the Coppa Italia final, a trophy they haven't won since 1963. Following tonight's win against Napoli in the return leg of the semifinal, Gian Piero Gasperini spoke to Rai:"Winning the Coppa Italia? It's certainly important, it's permanent. But in general I believe the results, the third place finish, the continuity will be remembered. We have many big objectives, we hope to achieve some of them"
Gasperini was asked about tonight's protagonist Pessina:"He was extraordinary for the two goals he scored today. He is giving us a ton, he will be very useful also for the national team, but I have a hard time ranking individual players. Matteo can improve, last season at Verona he did well, he showed a lot of value here after recovering from an injury"
