Atalanta is looking ahead to the future, and to the Round of 16 in the Champions League where they will face Valencia. During the January transfer window Atlanta will look to add to their squad to try to get past the hurdle. One objective is a left winger. Guillherme Arana, initially, did not convince Atalanta. He arrived from Sevilla in the summer, but has played only 75' to date. Igor from Spal is a player liked for the role, but the player is not fully convinced. There is a similar conversation for Simone Kjaer, who was chosen to replace Skrtel. He has played 291' total minutes in Serie A. Atalanta meanwhile will try to find a new defender to add.
