Atalanta secured a 2-0 win agaist Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League, giving them life in the group approaching the last matchday. Coach Giampiero Gasperini commented afterwards to Sky Sport: "It's a narrow win for how the match went. The first half was hotly contested, in the second half when we found the second goal we were in a better place. This match, this win, gives meaning to our Champions League. This evening we all wanted to have a night that we know we can perform at, like we do in Serie A. Players like Papu were leading, but everyone was there with him. It was a match that was positive from all aspects."
Finally, Papu Gomez also commented to Sky Sport: "We brought a lot of experience after the first three games of the group, so after the City match we took even more security and we started to play like we do in Italy."
