For Torino's player Bruno Peres, there is interest from the Premier League. Both Leicester and Arsenal are following the player with attention, and Arsenal has already submitted an offer to Torino. But the Italian club have judged it to be too low, at the moment. Leicester are only at this point gathering information about Brazilian player's potential fee, but haven't submitted anything officially yet.
