Football agent David Lippi looks back to the January transfer window and especially to the Politano (one of his clients)-Napoli saga in an interview with Tuttosport: "In the final minutes of the window Politano was very close to joining Napoli, they were ready to invest in him. It's normal for a player like him to think about going up a level, but right now there's only Sassuolo in his mind. We'll see what happens in summer. Napoli is a great club and the player has already made clear that he would go there. But the question is: will Napoli have the need to buy a player in that position in summer?". Lippi also discussed the rumors of a Juventus interest in the Sassuolo's winger that could have made the deal fall through: "Juve were interested in him, but they have not contacted me directly".
Finally, the agent talked also about another of his clients, Giorgio Chiellini: "Contract extension? I don't think that there will be any problems, he is one of the most capped players in Juventus's recent history".
