Vincenzo Montella has given an interview to La Gazzetta dello Sport, where he's talked about Milan's summer. He's given his thoughts about who's already talking about Milan winning the Scudetto, like Ancelotti did: "I must thank him, but it will not be right away. Right now, it's only a mirage even if we won't put limits to ourselves. Mercato? I've started to dream and week after week I didn't understand how could purchases and money be multiplied like that. More than what I thought has been done. The Chinese owners respect everyone's position, which doesn't happen a lot in football. What's missing? The main focus is on a striker, then maybe on an offensive winger and a midfielder. But there's no more hurry like before. Ideal striker? I was convinced the deal could be done, I trusted who told me so while the board thanked otherwise. I sent Mirabelli at least 10 messages a day with only four words. Good morning, or good evening, director: Bonucci. We've got open and continuous contacts. Bonucci is a great professional, he's succeeded in optimizing his performances with his mentality. He'll set the example for our youngsters. Playing a 3-man defense? I like the idea but must say that with these players, I could use so many systems...".
