Report by Diego Errichetti
For some, the transfer market session has already begun. Inter and Milan look to go through their first transfer session with the new Chinese ownerships. With changes in the ownership, new players are also expected. The full back position is one both Inter and Milan are looking into. One of the possible targets for both teams is Ricardo Rodriguez, Swiss International class of 1992, who may be leaving Wolfsburg this winter.
This past weekend Rodriguez scored a goal and got an assist playing against Freiburg. Mirabelli, new Milan sporting director, was in Germany at the time, potentially looking into the Swiss left back. Inter on the other hand had already started making moves to get Rodriguez in the past few months. For both clubs then, this remains a desirable option. Could it be a derby for the fullback?
