"A disciplinary procedure was opened against Juventus for their role in Pogba's transfer to Manchester United". This was the declaration by a FIFA spokesperson to ESPN. They also report that Manchester United will not be investigated. According to FIFA, Juventus are the ones who infringed on the Third-party ownership rules. This means that a player's ownership rights cannot be in possession by a third-party. In this case, Raiola is claimed to have made a profit of 49 million euros from this operation. If the Italian champions are found guilty of any infringement, they can be find or slapped with a transfer ban.

Juventus are calm. There was no surprise, as they thought that this investigation is just a formality and that it will unfold in the coming months. Juventus will evaluate the case and will eventually present their counter-arguments.
