It's not fresh news that Chelsea is looking for a defense reinforcement but the last name hasn't been mentioned many times: Jerome Boateng from Bayern Munich. The 29-year-old defender hasn't done a great season because of his various injuries but Conte likes him and would want to try to bring him to Stamford Bridge for next season.
