Inter, Marotta: “Conte will meet with Zhang, we want to carry on together.”

Inter director Beppe Marotta spoke yesterday ahead of the match with Juventus, his former club with which he won many titles. “When you win there is no difference what club it is. There is always strong emotion. Winning the title in Italy gives me so much satisfaction. I didn’t expect that we’d be able to win this scudetto so soon.”

“Moving to Inter has brought new and different motivation for me. I have found the trust of president Zhang, I am in a legendary club where a new cycle has begun, I want to honor it as best I can.”

“Conte is a winning coach, it’s normal that winning coaches are very ambitious. His cycle started very well and it’s all he can do to try to improve. There will be a meeting before long between him and the president, maybe next week. I hope the sides can continue on.”
