A deal has been agreed to with the agents of Elsed Hysaj and Valencia on a contract. The Napoli right-back therefore is in agreement with the Spanish club, while now a deal with the partenopei must be reached: the basis is a loan with fee plus option to buy (which can become a forced option if conditions are met).
