After a disappointing start to the season, Chievo Verona and Udinese have decided to try and turn things around by sacking their coaches Ventura and Velazquez.

The Rossoblu, for which it would be the second change in charge in just a few months, have chosen Mimmo Di Carlo as Ventura's successor. The coach, that already managed Chievo in the past, will sign a 6-months deal that will include a significant bonus should he avoid relegation.

On the other hand, Udinese - that currently sit in the bottom half of the table with 9 points in 12 games - will appoint David Nicola. The ex-Crotone coach beat Former Spartak Moscow boss Carrera in the race to the Friulani bench and should sign today a one-and a half - year deal with the club, after discussing the last economic details missing to the completion of the deal.
