Roma, Fonseca: "We want to win against Cagliari. Pedro in, Spinazzola out"

Roma manager Paulo Fonseca spoke at the prematch press conference prior to their game against Cagliari on Wednesday: "I will make a few changes tomorrow. We’ve had a lot of games recently and we need to make some changes in order to win what is another important game for us. Pedro has no fitness issue, but he’ll play tomorrow. It’s true that Smalling is still getting back to full match fitness, but he's played twice in a row now. Calafiori, Kumbulla and Villar, either one or more of those could play tomorrow. We'll see. Spinazzola is out and he won't play tomorrow. I'm expecting a difficult game tomorrow, like they are all. Cagliari are a good team, they want to take the ball but they are good on the counter as well. But we want to win, and play well too."
