Roma coach Eusebio Di Francesco and team manager Morgan De Sanctis spoke at a presentation of a course for Team Manager. Di Francesco discussed how he began his post-retirement in the job, before taking the coaching job at Sassuolo. The Roma coach's comments: "As a manager my job is to be aware of everyone's training and in the critical moments of preparing for a match. The work doesn't take an hour, but it's all week. Whether you're at a club like Sassuolo or one in the Champions League you have responsibilities. You must be able to stand firm and fully believe in your work."
He also discussed phenom Zaniolo: "The equilibrium changes for someone of that age, things that are written change week by week, he just has to keep his feet on the ground. We want to show Zaniolo that he can keep getting better. The number 10 shirt is not a topic of conversation, it is reductive so that the shirt must be earned."
